What we build
You know what’s slowing you down. We turn that problem into a tool your team can actually use. These are examples of what we can build—not a list of ready-made products.
Know what you have and where it belongs. Stock tracking, low-stock alerts, equipment logs, and QR-code systems.
Talk about inventoryKeep the day moving. Job assignments, dispatch boards, appointments, employee schedules, and reminders.
Simplify schedulingConnect the office to the job site. Daily reports, job status, photos, digital forms, and task boards.
Organize field workKeep the next opportunity in view. Lead tracking, estimates, customer portals, and follow-up reminders.
Stay on top of customersSpend less time moving information around. Invoices, document organization, approvals, and expense tracking.
Cut the paperworkTake repetitive steps off your plate. Document extraction, AI receptionists, customer replies, and workflow automation.

I have an idea not listed hereAI is one tool in the toolbox. We use it when it helps solve the problem—not because every business needs it.
AI agents, explained simply
Think of an AI agent as an extra pair of hands for your business. We set it up to help with the everyday jobs that eat up your time—so you can focus on your customers and your work.
What could you take off your to-do list?
A new customer asks for a quote. Your agent can draft a reply and remind you to follow up.
An invoice comes in. Your agent can pull out the details and get them ready for you to check.
Stock is running low. Your agent can give you a heads-up before the next job.
You’re still the boss. You decide what it handles and what needs your say-so.
Put AI to Work for MeWork we’ve done
Custom work starts with a specific need. Here are two examples of what that can look like.

Custom inventory software
An inventory app built around the business.
We approached a plumbing business about FieldWork. The conversation uncovered a different need: a better way to organize inventory.
So we built a custom web app around that need. Understand the work, then build the right tool for it.

What’s your version of this problem? How it works
You don’t need a technical brief. Start with what’s frustrating, taking too long, or falling through the cracks.
Walk us through the work and what you’d like to improve.
We ask questions, understand the workflow, and discuss what could help.
Agree on deliverables, cost, and timing. A mockup or prototype may be included after scoping.
Build and test together, then launch with a support arrangement defined in your scope.
Business custom software
For a business build, start with one problem worth solving. The build price depends on the work you need, and the ongoing operations fee is shown separately.
Pay for the build upfront
$1,000starting build cost
Plus $250/month for operations after launch.
Good fit: You have the build budget available now.
Discuss an upfront buildSpread the build cost
$333.33about this much per month for 12 months on a $1,000 build
Then the bill drops to the $250/month operations fee.
$1,000 build + 12 × $250 operations = $4,000 for the build and first 12 operating months, either way.
The 12-month example assumes operations and installments start together after launch. Eleven $333.33 payments and a final $333.37 payment equal $4,000 exactly. Dates, taxes and third-party costs are set out in the quote. Larger builds have higher build installments.A $1,000 project solves one focused problem. Extra workflows, user permissions, connections to other software, existing-data imports, approvals and reporting add design, build and testing work. We quote the scope before starting.
These prices are for creating your own custom app. FieldWork and LocateHQ keep their separate product pricing.

There is no monthly Iron Valor fee for a personal app. Changes and upgrades are quoted separately when you ask for them. If hosting or outside services cost extra, we explain that before you approve the build.

Why Iron Valor

From a single inventory tool to a connected operational workflow, the goal is the same: practical software, clear decisions, and a manageable scope.
